Course Details

• This course takes a look at the important elements of the patient journey and how to implement them in your practice. 
• You will be presented with a lecture followed by an assessment with options for feedback and reflection.
• Once you have achieved a mark of 80% or more, you will be presented with a certificate to download.
• If you do not pass you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment.

Aims

The aim of this course is to explain the important elements of the patient journey and enable team members to plan, create, and implement an effective patient journey handbook.

During this course learners will be able to:

• Create a patient journey handbook.
• Understand how to build rapport with patients.
• Understand how to meet and greet patients in line with practice values.
