Course Details

• This course takes an in-depth look at the requirements of a manager and the potential management career plan in a dental team. 
• You will be presented with a coursebook followed by an assessment with options for feedback and reflection.
• Once you have achieved a mark of 80% or more, you will be presented with a certificate to download.
• If you do not pass you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment.

Aims

This course aims to identify a pathway to management in dental workplaces and develop a career plan, including relevant skills development and training.

• Recognize management strengths and training needs.
