Course Details

• This course outlines the importance of involving the whole team to meet the required regulatory standards, and details how to achieve this. 
• You will be presented with a lecture followed by an assessment with options for feedback and reflection.
• Once you have achieved a mark of 80% or more, you will be presented with a certificate to download.
• If you do not pass you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment.

Aims

This course aims to explain the importance of involving the whole team in developing policies, procedures and processes to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient care, and how to go about it.

Objectives

During this course learners will be able to:

• Explain how all team members can contribute to the delivery of excellent standards of care.
• Explain the relevance of quality improvement techniques.
• Understand how to motivate the team to take on extended roles.
• Develop an action plan to establish an inclusive team approach.
