Course Details

• This course supports management roles in developing appropriate disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• You will be presented with a coursebook followed by an assessment with options for feedback and reflection.
• Once you have achieved a mark of 80% or more, you will be presented with a certificate to download.
• If you do not pass you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment.

Aims

This course aims to support management personnel to develop appropriate disciplinary and grievance procedures.

Objectives

During this module learners will be able to:

• Recognize the importance of maintaining a fair and equitable workplace environment.
• Identify how policies, contracts, and job descriptions set performance standards.
• Explore responses when a team member raises a grievance.
• Define the importance of SMART objectives for agreeing on performance improvement measures.
