Spillage Management

Course Details

• This course will provide learners with details of the guidance and procedures that apply to spillages in dental practices.
• You will be presented with a coursebook followed by an assessment with options for feedback and reflection.
• Once you have achieved a mark of 80% or more, you will be presented with a certificate to download.
• If you do not pass you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment.

• Know what different spillage kits should contain.
• Be aware of the personal protective equipment necessary to ensure staff safety.
• Know how to dispose of mercury collected from a spillage.
