Course Details
- This course provides an understanding of slips, trips and falls to help promote a positive safety culture within the workplace to reduce hazards and ultimately, incidents.
- You will be presented with a coursebook followed by an assessment with options for feedback and reflection.
- Once you have achieved a mark of 80% or more, you will be presented with a certificate to download.
- If you do not pass you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment.
Aims
The aim of this course is to provide an understanding of slips, trips and falls and to enable learners to better identify hazards and consider appropriate risk control measures.
Objectives
During this course learners will be able to:
- Consider environmental factors that can cause slips, trips and falls.
- Identify risk management approaches.
- Consider internal and external contributing factors to slips, trips and falls.
