• This course takes an in-depth look at the application and management of silver diamine fluoride (SDF) in paediatric dentistry. It discusses the evidence supporting SDF’s effectiveness in arresting caries, its indications and contraindications, and the step-by-step process for its application. Also covered is the history of SDF, its safety profile and the challenges related to its use.
• You will be presented with a short presentation followed by an assessment.
• If you achieve a score of 80% or more, you pass the course and will receive a certificate to place in your CPD folder. If you do not pass, you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment when you feel confident to do so.
