Course Details
- This course takes an in-depth look at the practical knowledge and skills required by supervisory receptionists to ensure that the reception team work together effectively to provide a supportive and user-friendly administrative base for the practice.
- You will be presented with a coursebook followed by an assessment with options for feedback and reflection.
- Once you have achieved a mark of 80% or more, you will be presented with a certificate to download.
- If you do not pass you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment.
Aims
The aim of this course is to:
- Highlight the role of the lead receptionist.
- Highlight the receptionist's role in developing services.
- Look at team communication requirements.
- Define aspects of collecting and recording patients payments.
