Course Details

• This course takes an in-depth look at a range of skills and techniques for policy audit. 
• You will be presented with a coursebook followed by an assessment with options for feedback and reflection.
• Once you have achieved a mark of 80% or more, you will be presented with a certificate to download. 
• If you do not pass you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment.

Aims

This course aims to consider a range of skills and techniques for policy audit for the introduction of quality improvement measures.

Objectives

During this course learners will be able to:

• Specify the purpose of quality audit processes.
• Identify techniques for gathering and auditing relevant information.
• Understand the need for staff involvement in auditing.
• Define the role of quality circles for whole team participation in quality improvement initiatives.

• How to develop practice policy audit processes.
• Requirements for keeping effective records of audit processes.
