Course Details
- This course takes the learner through how to manage mental health issues in the workplace and support staff members mental health and well-being.
- You will be presented with a lecture followed by an assessment with options for feedback and reflection.
- Once you have achieved a mark of 80% or more, you will be presented with a downloadable certificate.
- If you do not pass you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment.
Aims
This course aims to increase understanding of managing mental health issues in the workplace, reducing costs, and complying with employment legislation.
