- This course takes a look at dental sleep medicine and the role of clinicians in managing obstructive sleep apnoea.
- You will be presented with a short video followed by an assessment with options for feedback and reflection.
- Once you have achieved a mark of 80% or more, you will be presented with a certificate to download.

Aims
This course aims to introduce dentists to dental sleep medicine and outline the role they have in identifying and managing patients at risk of obstructive sleep apnoea.
Objectives
During this course learners will be able to:
- Explain the importance of sleep quality and quantity.
- Detail the effect of poor sleep on general health and wellbeing.
- Explain how to identify, screen, and follow a management protocol with patients.
