Course Details

• This course takes an in-depth look at both audit and risk assessments in reception and how to implement effectively. 
• You will be presented with a coursebook followed by an assessment with options for feedback and reflection.
• Once you have achieved a mark of 80% or more, you will be presented with a certificate to download.
• If you do not pass you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment.

Aims

This course aims to outline the necessity for risk assessment in line with GDC and CQC standards.

Objectives

During this course learners will be able to:

• Identify the fundamental standards required in the process of audit.
• Communicate their findings to the team using a structured report.
