Course Details

• This course looks at the different types of reports utilized in the dental profession. 
• You will be presented with a coursebook followed by an assessment with options for feedback and reflection.
• Once you have achieved a mark of 80% or more, you will be presented with a certificate to download. 
• If you do not pass you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment.

Aims

This course aims to provide learners with an overview of the types of reports that are an integral element of the well-led aspect of dental service provision. Learners will understand that reports can analyse past performance or summarize and evaluate ideas for future service development.

Objectives

During this course learners will be able to:

• Recognize how reports contribute to continual improvement.
• Identify format and content options for report writing.
• Explore ways to organize information for report writing.
• Understand the role of a feasibility report.
