Course Details

• This course takes an in-depth look at the recruitment and induction/onboarding process and its significance to an organisation.
• You will be presented with a short presentation followed by an assessment.
• If you achieve a score of 80% or more, you pass the course and will receive a certificate to place in your CPD folder. If you do not pass, you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment when you feel confident to do so.

Aims

This course aims to provide learners with knowledge and understanding of the Recruitment and Induction/Onboarding process and its value to an organisation.

Objectives

During this course learners will be able to:

• Discuss the foundations of a good recruitment and induction process and how this can aid retention.
• Increase confidence and skills to interview candidates and effectively induct and onboard new employees into the team.
• Be aware of the legal pitfalls.
