Course Details

• This course takes an in-depth look at one-to-one communication at work and the techniques used for presenting information during a team meeting.
• You will be presented with a short video followed by an assessment with options for feedback and reflection.
• Once you have achieved a mark of 80% or more, you will be presented with a certificate to download.
• If you do not pass you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment.

This course aims to consider the importance of sharing information with colleagues through a range of face-to-face and group presentation skills.
