Course Details

• This course guides learners through CQC inspections, explaining what to expect during an inspection under the Single Assessment Framework.
• You will be presented with a coursebook followed by an assessment with options for feedback and reflection.
• Once you have achieved a mark of 80% or more, you will be presented with a certificate to download.
• If you do not pass you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment.

The aim of this course is to equip the learner with the knowledge of what to expect from CQC inspections to aid their preparations.

• Prepare comprehensive compliance documentation to support assessments.
• Gain insight into what to expect before, during, and after a CQC inspection.
• Develop strategies for continuous improvement in safety, care quality, and leadership within their dental practice.
