Course Details

• This course takes an in-depth look at advanced concepts in occlusion and gives a brief overview of restorative schemes and methods of creating restorative space.
• You will be presented with a short presentation followed by an assessment.
• If you achieve 80% or more, you pass the course and will receive a printable certificate to place in your CPD folder. If you do not pass, you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment when you feel confident.

Aims

This course aims to provide learners with knowledge and understanding of the advanced concepts in occlusion with a brief overview of restorative schemes and methods of creating restorative space. 

Objectives

 During this course learners will be able to:

• Evaluate methods of creating restorative space.
• Discuss clinical cases to demonstrate the reorganised approach to occlusion, for the tooth wear and aesthetic veneer cases.
• Understand the overview of the reorganised approach to occlusion.
• Understand the overview of restorative schemes.

After completing this course the learner will gain an understanding of:

• How a reorganised approach can be used to restore the aesthetic veneer case or tooth surface loss.
